About the Role
* Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
* Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
* Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
* Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
* General administration and property related tasks
About You
You’re a confident and capable property management professional who’s looking for a role that fits into your life, not the other way around.
To be successful, you will need:
* Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
* A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* A valid Queensland driver’s licence
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
