What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the end-to-end on-site construction of multiple residential projects, mainly in the KDRB territory.
* Coordinate, schedule, and manage all trades and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
* Ensure all work is completed to G.J. Gardner's exceptional quality standards and complies with all building codes.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work site, upholding all WHS regulations.
* Act as the key point of contact for clients during construction, providing regular updates and exceptional service.
What You'll Bring
* A strong understanding of site management and prior experience as a Construction Supervisor is essential.
* Experience specifically within residential custom building and knockdown rebuilds will be very highly regarded.
* A sharp eye for quality, a passion for safety, and the ability to hit the ground running.
