Mulcahy & Co, a leading provider of comprehensive services, offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to drive expansion in Ballarat.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Financial Planning division by providing expert financial advice to clients on strategies such as investments, superannuation, transitions to retirement, Centrelink planning, cash flows, SMSFs, aged care and risk. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with staff to secure internal referrals, source external referrals through personal networks, achieve monthly budgets and key performance indicators, and support clients in achieving their goals and objectives while upholding ethical and compliant dealings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Planner is required.
* FASEA education requirements must be met.
* The highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks are essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
* High attention to detail is required.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills are also necessary.
