Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, field-based role primarily based on the Sunshine Coast, with regular travel to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and occasional trips to Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.You’ll be responsible for the delivery, installation, and setup of multifunction devices and printers, working directly with customers to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.This role is physically active and suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work.What your day-to-day will look likeDelivering and installing multifunction devices and small printersUsing equipment such as a battery-powered stair walker where requiredInstalling print drivers and configuring scan-to-email functionalityInstalling and supporting print software (PaperCut knowledge is an advantage)Working with Microsoft and Apple operating systemsUnderstanding and supporting Universal Cloud Print (advantageous)Planning installation rollouts with customersEnsuring customers are fully operational and confident using their devicesProviding basic customer training on installed equipmentAssisting with fault-finding and field service support when requiredHelping with toner replacements, deliveries, and warehouse duties as needed
Key responsibilitiesDelivery, installation, and commissioning of print devicesInstallation planning and logistics coordinationCustomer-facing support with a strong focus on service etiquetteTroubleshooting and basic fault findingSupporting service and operations teams as requiredAccurate reporting to the Service & Operations Manager
What we’re looking forPhysically fit and comfortable with the demands of a hands-on roleManual driver’s licence (company vehicle supplied for deliveries)At least 1 year of technical experience preferred — but we’re open to training the right candidateStrong willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitudeConfident working directly with customersBasic Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work independently and manage your time effectively
Qualifications & checksRestricted electrical license (advantage, not essential)Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)Police check required
