* General butcher tasks
* Cutting and trimming
* Accurate portion cutting
* Boning lamb legs, lamb shoulders, turkeys and chickens
* Operating Bandsaws and other butchery machinery and equipment
* Lifting up to 30kg
* Early Starts
* Monday to Friday - No weekend work.
* Must be able to demonstrate skills.
Qualifications
* Qualified Butchers or a minimum of 5 years retail or wholesale butchery experience.
* Must be able to demonstrate your ability.
