* Provide clinical leadership and direct clinical oversight and services in child and adolescent psychiatry across inpatient and community services.
* Strengthen culturally responsive care pathways for children and families in Darwin and remote communities.
* Lead a dynamic, experienced team improving accessibility and outcomes for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
* Contribute to teaching and training through the Northern Territory Clinical School
