As Epiroc Product Support Technicians, you will play an essential role in supporting our Pilbara Service Operations. These roles can be offered on a variety of either 8/6 or 2/2 rosters to suit your lifestyle!
Responsibilities
* Understand and comply with OH&S policies and procedures
* Perform maintenance and repairs to Epiroc Surface Drills
* Diagnose and fault find mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems
* Carry out modifications and installations to new machinery
* Repair, rebuild and service customer machines
* Provide support to customers as needed
* Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders
The successful applicant must have
* Extensive HME maintenance knowledge and experience
* Atlas Copco/Epiroc surface drills product knowledge and experience is essential, particularly in Pit Vipers, D65\'s and T45\'s
* An unrelenting safety focus
* Commitment to providing quality customer service
* Problem-solving ability, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to handle and work under pressure
