We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a heavy rigid truck for deliveries, loading and unloading building materials, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a heavy rigid (HR) truck for deliveries
* Load and unload building materials from warehouses to construction sites
* Ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers regarding their orders and any issues that may arise
* Operate a forklift to move, organize, and retrieve materials within warehouse facilities
* Assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse as part of a cohesive team effort
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels remain up-to-date
