Job Overview
The role of Content Marketing Coordinator entails the creation of captivating content and the execution of shoots from a provided brief with minimal direction. This includes capturing products, behind-the-scenes footage, run-and-gun videos, and designing marketing materials that convey a brand story.
* Content Creation & Social Media - Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Rednote.
* Compose compelling social media copy that embodies the Axil voice.
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
* Stay abreast of trends in specialty coffee and social media.
* Assist with content planning and scheduling.
* Marketing Support & Collaboration - Collaborate with the team to create assets for EDMs, social posts, and campaigns.
* Manage social media accounts, grow followers, UGC content, and influencer partnerships.
* Help launch seasonal events, promotions, and business-as-usual activities.
* Work alongside the marketing team to develop creative assets for interdisciplinary teams and the wider brand.
* Assist with seasonal campaign launches, campaigns, and events, as well as BAU marketing collateral development.
* Support email marketing efforts (Klaviyo and Hubspot) – with opportunity to take on more ownership as you develop.
* Help maintain website content (Shopify).
* Create marketing collateral (including but not limited to price tags, menus, coffee bag labels, and in-store signage).
* Grow partnerships/collaborations/ influencer and UCG campaigns.
* Grow your skills in campaign management and execution.
* Events & Activations - Assist in running in-store events, tastings, and activations.
* Create content around these events.
* Help coordinate partnerships and collaborations.
* Administration & Organisation - Maintain the marketing calendar and Asana up-to-date.
* Organise our brand files and assets.
* Track basic performance metrics.
* General marketing team support when needed.
