Found and Sorted Real Estate – Spearwood WAWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team for local Agency in greater Fremantle area in Western Australia.
In this part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, that will increase as the portfolio grows, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our rental properties.What You'll Be DoingLiaising with landlords and tenants to address any queries or issuesConducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairsAdvertising and marketing vacant properties to secure new tenantsNegotiating and preparing tenancy agreementsCollecting and managing rental payments and arrearsMaintaining detailed property records and financial reportsEnsuring compliance with all relevant property management regulations and legislationWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in residential property managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesThorough understanding of property management legislation and regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using property management softwareExperience with Property Tree or Property Me management software or similarAustralian citizenship or permanent residency requiredCurrent Class A Drivers LicenceWhat We OfferWe value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
