We're looking for a motivated electrical tradesperson to lead a Solar & Battery installation team:
- Licensed Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner (or equivalent)
- SAA Grid Connect PV & Battery Accreditation
- Minimum 2+ years experience in the solar installation industry.
- Current driver's license
- Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
- Construction White Card and Working at Heights certification
- Great customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving & safety-first mindset

Support with training & development available to the right candidate.
Your Role:
- Install, service & maintain solar PV and battery storage systems
- Provide technical and design advice of PV and battery storage systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical & renewable systems
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards & safety codes
- Ability to work independently and/or manage a small team of apprentice / labour staff
