Responsibilities
We're on the hunt for an IT Support Analyst to join our North Sydney IT team This role is a key player in supporting the business through a mix of 2nd and 3rd level support (phone, remote and on‑site) – becoming the go‑to guru for all things IT.
* Delivering efficient IT services by working through BAU support tickets
* Investigating root causes of application issues and managing escalations from the Service Desk
* Supporting TEEG team members with Active Directory accounts and email administration
* Being the primary IT contact for our Sydney Support Office, assisting with laptops/desktops, peripherals, printers and more
* Ensuring smooth front‑end and back‑end performance of venue POS systems
* Assisting with new venue setups, including racking, server and PC/POS setup, networking, and software/hardware upgrades across Australia
* Troubleshooting across hardware, software and applications
* Participating in the monthly rotating "On Call" roster
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in a similar IT support role
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience diagnosing application issues
* Proficiency across Active Directory and server administration
* Networking knowledge – Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, VLANs, VPNs and ISP concepts
* Availability to work some weekends (role‑dependent requirement)
* Willingness to travel interstate when needed
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
