About The Role:
Capital Facilities is a growing commercial cleaning business based in Canberra, specialising in the cleaning and maintenance of Hospitality venues.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner for morning shifts in Canberra City.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting consistent early morning work with the potential for additional hours as the business expands.
⏰ Shift Details
* Morning shifts (starting approx. 8:00am)
* 2–3 hours per shift initially (idealfor someone already holding other employment)
* Opportunity for more hours across multiple sites in coming months
* Long-term role for the right person
* $32p/hr plus penalties & loading

* Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
* High attention to detail
* Able to work independently
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Must have:
* Driver’s licence
* Own transport
* Full working rights in Australia
Cleaning experience in similar role preferred but not essential — attitude and reliability matter more.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
