We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional reception services, creating and maintaining staff rosters, undertaking administrative functions, and maintaining the facility waitlist.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Reception Services: Offer a professional welcome to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
* Create and Maintain Rosters: Develop fortnightly rosters that meet service delivery requirements.
* Undertake Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as payroll preparation, billing, banking, and liaison with staff.
* Maintain Facility Waitlist: Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries to maximize occupancy.
Requirements
* Rostering Experience: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of rostering practices and systems.
* Payroll Skills: Possess strong problem-solving ability and experience in payroll preparation (desired but not essential).
* Front-Facing Experience: Showcase experience in front-facing administration or reception in a fast-paced environment.
* Data Entry Skills: Display high levels of accuracy and data entry skills.
