**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to potential customers, specifically builders and professionals in the construction industry, to convert leads into customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our products and customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize modern technology and sales tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials targeting the construction industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technological advancements to provide clients with the best solutions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry, with a track record of converting leads and achieving sales targets.
- Solid network and experience working with builders and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to current technologies and systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
