WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have 3+ years' experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions/capital markets) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;
* have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
* proven ability to manage client relationships;
* are committed to building your own professional brand by contributing to marketing/business development activities;
* are ambitious+ driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally)+ hungry to learn from+ be inspired by top passionate professionals;
* are willing and able to RELOCATE (essential) to either Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane.
