We are looking for a Recruitment Associate who will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles across the business. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in recruitment and or human resources.
Main Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely updates and feedback to both parties.
Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to source suitable candidates for open positions.
Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and a "can do" attitude
