Air Navigator is one of the leading aviation charter service companies seeking an experienced procurement specialist for the Corporate Office located in Nundah, Brisbane. The role will assist the activities of stores and the material maintenance process in line with manufacturers and operational requirements.

This is a full-time, in-office role.

Responsibilities will include

* Local and international sourcing and purchasing.
* Raising purchase orders, record keeping and stock traceability.
* Monitoring local and international shipments and working close with freight forwarders and customs officials.
* Maintaining and developing excellent customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Vendor negotiations
* Goods receipts / dispatching as well as shipping and freight monitoring
* Rotating roster for after-hours AOG requirements ,1 week per month. (allowance provided).

Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Procurement Manager you will need to have worked within a high-volume, High-pace environment and display excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will need to have:

* Demonstrated previous experience in a Aviation Procurement role is a must.
* Warehouse and logistics experience
* High level of written and oral communication skills
* High level of skill within Microsoft suite.
* Problem solving abilities
* can-do attitude
