The Counter Manager plays a key role in leading, coaching, and inspiring a high‐performing team to achieve sales targets and service KPIs across skincare and makeup. Strong commercial focus, team development, and engagement are essential to driving consistent results.
Ownership of daily counter operations, visual merchandising, hygiene, and brand standards is also integral to the role. Qualifications
* Strong background in skincare, dermal therapy, beauty, or retail environments preferred, with the ability to incorporate makeup knowledge as a supporting tool for complete customer solutions
* Proven leadership capability, with experience coaching, motivating, and developing a team to achieve sales targets, service excellence, and KPI performance
* Ability to deliver highly personalised, results‐focused skincare consultations while upholding premium or luxury brand standards
* Confidence in learning, communicating, and demonstrating skincare routines, treatments, and regimens, with working makeup skills to enhance consultations and support cross‐category selling
* Solid understanding of retail operations, including experience with point‐of‐sale systems, stock awareness, and daily counter performance
* Flexible availability to work retail trading hours, including weekends, late nights, and special promotional or brand events
* Legal right to live and work in the country
