Team Leader - Procurement and Service Coordination
As a dynamic leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Carers across SA receive timely, appropriate, and person-centred support. You will lead a team responsible for the coordination and booking of essential services, including respite, coaching, counselling, and Carer Breaks.
You will guide and mentor a team of Service Coordination Officers supporting them to meet performance indicators and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with continuous improvement will be key.
A critical part of your role will be acting as the Subject Matter Expert for administrative functions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting system optimisation, and generating reporting insights to support performance and compliance with funding agreements.
You will also:
Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure service packages are delivered efficiently and reflect the diverse needs of Carers
Monitor and respond to service gaps or workflow challenges, recommending and implementing improvements where needed
Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions, procedures, and training resources to support consistent practice
Support staff development through supervision, coaching, and performance reviews
Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing refinement of the Procurement and Service Coordination program

Requirements
Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in team leadership, administration, or community services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and analytical ability, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
Knowledge of CRM systems highly desirable
A commitment to person-centred, culturally safe, and trauma-informed practice
An understanding of the challenges faced by Carers and the services available to support them
