They are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to manage complex projects from concept through completion, driving excellence across all phases. Key Responsibilities
* Lead all project phases from concept to delivery
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across large-scale projects
* Ensure high-quality design and documentation standards
* Manage client engagement and project stakeholders
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in complex large-scale projects
* Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
* Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively
* Coordinate consultants and liaise with contractors
* Experience in master planning and all project phases
* Solid documentation experience
* Advanced Revit proficiency
* Australian citizenship required
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
