1:1 Employment Support Worker - Geraldton

Workpower is expanding in Geraldton and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as 1:1 Employment Support Workers.
This role is about supporting people with disability in their employment and work activities with Workpower, helping them succeed, grow skills, and build independence in a real work environment.
This is not a job placement role and not group support.

The Role
In this 1:1 employment-focused position, you will support individuals to:
* Develop workplace skills and confidence
* Build routines, communication, and work behaviours
* Increase independence and productivity in their role
* Participate in meaningful work-based activities
* Work towards personal and employment-related goals
* Feel supported, valued, and capable at work
Rostered Hours: 8:30am – 12:30pm, Monday to Thursday

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Enjoy working one-on-one in a workplace setting
* Have a calm, encouraging, and practical approach
* Believe in empowering people to succeed at work
* Have experience in disability support, employment support, or similar (preferred but not essential)
* Are reliable, organised, and keen to learn.

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to travel locally in Geraldton
