As an Intake & Crisis Support Worker, you will provide after-hours assessment, crisis intervention, housing information and referral support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Victoria. You'll work collaboratively with internal Salvos programs and external partners to ensure each person receives coordinated, person-centred care. Reporting to the **Program Manager**, this is a permanent part-time position, 36 hours per fortnight, based **onsite in St Kilda, VIC**.
