Head of Sales

to lead the organisation’s sales and market strategy across Australia. Reporting to executive leadership, this role has responsibility for national sales performance, team capability, and market growth, while contributing to product innovation and long‑term commercial success. This role suits a commercially driven leader who brings

technical credibility, a solution‑based mindset, and strong people leadership. Key Responsibilities

Lead the national sales and marketing function, including strategy, forecasting, targets, and performance reporting Drive sales excellence while supporting product innovation and market development Mentor, train, and develop sales and technical advisors nationwide Lead senior customer and key account engagement, including complex sales discussions Build strong relationships across customers, partners, and industry stakeholders Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within the solar and renewable energy sector Promote a service‑driven, values‑based culture aligned with organisational standards About You

Proven experience in a sales leadership role within renewable energy and/or a technical solutions environment Experience working with a manufacturer or OEM, with a strong network across the market Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical or electronic systems, specifically solar PV Strong leadership and cross-callobaration skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and drive strategy Values‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously Willingness to travel nationally as required This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly reputable and global organsitaion with an excellent working culture, offering an impactful and influencial role.
