Key Job Responsibilities:
* Plan operational aspects of the supply chain, including contract and order management, scheduling, timeslots, and road freight provider management.
* Manage third-party bulk handling networks and/or ex-farm execution orders.
* Perform administration associated with customer order execution, including delivery confirmations and reconciliations when required.
* Maintain master data in systems for contractors, sites, customers, and order processing.
About the Role:
* Prior administrative experience ideally in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
* The ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technologies is required.
* Strong communication, time management, customer, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
* Relevant industry experience, preferably bulk-focused, is highly desirable.
* Product knowledge, including commodity specifications, supply chain planning, end-user customer requirements, freight, grain markets, arbitrage, and trade rules, is crucial.
