Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Controls team across The Star Entertainment Group.
* Designing, delivering, and managing the controls library and register.
* Ensuring maintenance of the register, testing of controls on a risk-based approach, and conducting frequent Risk and Control Self Assessments.
* Providing transparent, timely, and appropriate reporting on control activities to ensure oversight and compliance with regulatory obligations.
* Influencing the controls culture and developing in-house property capability.
* Developing and maintaining relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Enabling The Star Entertainment Group to meet all relevant regulatory compliance obligations.
For this role, we are looking for an individual with an undergraduate degree in a legal, commercial, or business field and experience in advising and delivering solutions on control suitability. Direct experience leading a Controls and Compliance function in an Australian regulated designated business group is also required.

Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in a legal, commercial, or business field.
* Experience in advising and delivering solutions on control suitability.
* DIRECT experience leading a Controls and Compliance function in an Australian regulated designated business group.
