Responsibilities
* Generate annually agreed fuel volumes through the sale of fuel cards to credit-worthy businesses at a margin providing business income at an agreed level.
* Act as a role model to the team and sales department, consistently performing to target and demonstrating to sales executives how this can be consistently achieved.
* Coach and manage performance to ensure all individual KPI's are hit by the people reporting to you.
* Engage & Connect – Cold call leads provided by the Marketing team and be the first touchpoint in helping Aussie businesses streamline their fuel and fleet expenses.
* Drive Sales – Build rapport quickly, qualify leads, pitch Fleetcard's value, and close deals that make a real impact.
* Smash Your Targets – Hit your sales KPIs, exceed daily activity goals, and enjoy the rewards that follow.
* Own Your Pipeline – Manage leads through the CRM, follow up proactively, and craft personalised strategies to convert interest into action.
* Be the Expert – Learn and talk confidently about our products and benefits so you can handle objections like a pro and offer real solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $65,000 per annum.
