About the role

We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Bookkeeper & Administration Officer to join the team at B York Investments Pty. Ltd. in Picton, NSW. This accounts and administrative role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and general office duties for our group of companies involved with industrial property development and manufacturing.

What you'll be doing

* Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements

* Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bill payments

* Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

* Assisting with payroll processing and management of employee records

* Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones.

What we're looking for

* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Clerk

* Strong proficiency with bookkeeping software and accounting principles

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail

* Solid understanding of administrative procedures and office management

* Exceptional communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
