We are seeking an experienced Unrestricted Building Surveyor to join the team. You will play a key role in leading, managing, and delivering a broad range of building surveying services while providing expert advice to clients, authorities, and project teams. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out statutory certification duties in line with legislation and regulatory requirements
* Lead and manage Class 2–9 projects across commercial, industrial, and mixed‐use developments
* Provide expert technical advice to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Undertake inspections, audits, and assessments with accuracy and professionalism
* Contribute to business development and support junior team members through mentoring
* Maintain strong working relationships with councils, government authorities, and clients
About You
* Unrestricted Building Surveyor accreditation (A1)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a building surveying role
* Strong knowledge of BCA/NCC and relevant Acts, regulations, and codes
* Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects
* Excellent client‐facing and communication skills
* Leadership capability with a collaborative team approach
