About the Role
Opal HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Care Communities in meeting COVID-19 reporting and compliance requirements. This role is critical during COVID-19 episodes, providing timely data management, reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a shared COVID-19 support inbox
- Provide outbreak templates and floor plans to Care Communities
- Review, validate, and analyse COVID-19 and infection data
- Complete mandatory reporting via My Aged Care and other portals
- Support continuous improvement of COVID-19 processes
- Deliver general administrative support as needed
About You
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally in healthcare or aged care
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare's police check system and undergo pre-employment medical.
