Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
* Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
* Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
* Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
* Close liaison between internal and external staff members
* Close communication and building relationships with clients
Skills & Experience
* Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
* Strong knowledge of National Construction Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
* Certificate IV Building & Construction (essential)
* A minimum Trade background
* Site Supervisor Licence
* Construction Induction Card (White Card) essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)
