About the Role
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Ascertain specific customer details regarding jobs and activities required.
* Assist in coordination and scheduling for the trade services team, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the office.
* Support daily operations by assisting both the office team and on‑road technicians to achieve targets.
* Record customer requirements, create and assist in managing job bookings, and maintain up‑to‑date records in our scheduling and database systems.
* Liaise closely with the office and management teams to prioritise jobs, allocate resources and reschedule as required.
* Help foster a positive, team‑oriented office environment — bringing energy, organisation, and a can‑do approach to each day.
* Strong ability to manage and resolve customer concerns in a positive and professional manner, ensuring effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a full‑time position office based (Thebarton).
The successful candidate will require the following skills
* Ability to handle customer queries escalations positively and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved with empathy, efficiency, and a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Must be highly computer literate and have competencies with operating similar computer management programmes.
* Must have good memory retention and enjoy the challenges of logical thinking followed by assisting in decision‑making.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* The role is multi‑dimensional, so please apply ONLY if you are comfortable performing numerous tasks at once.
* Previous experience in a trade service environment would be valuable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software and scheduling systems.
* Ability to work with a small team and requirement to do any tasks.
* Excellent time‑management skills are essential.
* Support your team members with information, product specifications and generally be a vibrant all‑rounder.
