As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK Education, you won't just fill shifts, you'll help shape early learning experiences across South East Melbourne. One minute you're solving urgent staffing issues for a centre, the next you're coaching an educator through a career decision or building a new client partnership from scratch.
About the role
This is a fast-paced 360 temporary recruitment role where you'll take ownership of a growing Early Childhood desk and play a key role in supporting centres when they need it most. The people who thrive in this role are proactive, resilient, commercially minded, and genuinely energised by helping others.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of Early Childhood centres across South East Melbourne
* Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality educators
* Speaking with 30+ educators daily, building strong and trusted relationships
* Partnering closely with centre directors and leadership teams to deliver reliable, values-aligned staffing solutions
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and expand your client network
* Working collaboratively with a high-performing, people-first team
You'll have:
* Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
* Confidence working in a KPI or target-driven environment
* Strong ability to build and manage relationships
* Resilience and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-activity role
* The ability to work rotating shifts (across the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm)
* Genuinely motivated by people, purpose, and making an impact
* Full Australian working rights
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check
