The Rostering Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of aged care services across the Intereach footprint.
This role plays a critical part in enabling safe, high-quality and person-cantered care by developing and maintaining rosters that balance the needs and preferences of participants with the availability and wellbeing of staff.
In this rewarding role you will:
* Maintain the rostering system to ensure efficient, compliant and person-centred scheduling of services
* Ensure that all scheduling practices comply with the requirements of the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards and the SCHADS Award 2010.
* Maintain a positive organisational culture by demonstrating and promoting the qualities and behaviours of the Intereach Fundamentals across all aspects of the organisation

This is a permanent full-time role based out of any of our offices.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as Level 3 with a starting annual salary of $76,372 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
What we're looking for
* Experience in workforce rostering, scheduling or administration in a busy service environment
* Understanding of rostering compliance requirements under the SCHADS Award, including shift structures, penalties and allowances
* Organisational and time-management skills
* Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
* Computer literacy with experience in client management systems, databases and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve issues efficiently.
