Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
* Lead the team independently in the Store Manager’s absence to set and achieve goals
* Oversee daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management
Qualifications
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong alignment with brand and organisational values
* Can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and natural leadership skills
* Desire to bring personal best to every shift and motivate others
* Own reliable transport
* Retail or hospitality experience desirable but not essential
