Office Support Specialist Role
The office support specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our national commercial law firm. The position involves coordinating daily activities, managing records, and providing administrative support.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordination of mailroom and courier services
* Records management, including lodgement, retrieval, and coordination of archived files
* Brief runs and deliveries as required
* Attending to urgent Court lodgements
* Preparing access cards and assisting with office moves and new starters
* Providing reception relief to cover breaks or unexpected leave, greeting clients, and assisting with meeting room set-up
* Stationary stocktake and ordering
* Assisting the catering team with events as required
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an individual with prior administration and/or customer service experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound written and verbal communication, fast and accurate typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office.
