Working for one of the most established builders in Sydney. This company is Australian owned and provide construction services across a variety of sectors. They have a strong leadership team, resources, systems and pipeline. They are seeking an experience and motivated Architectural Technician to join their documentation team.
This role provides an opportunity to work on the documentation of an exciting project compromising five unique new buildings incorporating complex geometries.
This role will require someone to take responsibility for the detailed documentation and delivery of projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks, provide timely delivery of documentation and to participate and interact with other members of the project team.
Skills + Expertise
- 5+ years local experience in a similar role
- Excellent documentation software skills
- Strong knowledge of Revit - modelling to construction documentation
- Construction knowledge working on mid to large scale complex projects
- Understanding of working with documentation of engineers and other project consultants
- Produce high quality effective documentation
- Solid time management and organisation skills
