This role is a site-based leadership role covering the overall management and operation of a lifestyle village located in Australind. This has a strong focus on ensuring high levels of service delivery to stakeholders and ensuring the site is run smoothly and effectively. Client Details Our client is a well-established highly regarded player in the property development and community facilities space, with a rapidly growing portfolio of properties across Perth and the south-west. Description Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the village/community. Maintain high standards of property upkeep and presentation. Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Manage budgets and financial reporting for the property. Supervise and support on-site staff and contractors. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Coordinate community events and activities to promote a sense of belonging. Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents. Profile A successful Village Manager should have: A strong background in facilities leadership, ideally in a community services or aged-care environment Strong financial management and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of relevant property regulations and compliance requirements. Leadership skills to effectively manage staff and contractors. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
