About Suicide Prevention Warmline
The Warmline is a free, peer-led phone support service for people experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or bereavement. It offers emotional support and genuine connection from someone who gets it, someone who's been there.
Warmline provides a safe space where people can speak with a trained peer worker who uses their own lived experience to offer empathy, hope and understanding.
Whether a person is in distress, grieving or navigating life with suicidality, Warmline meets them where they are. Support is available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, with the option of one-off or ongoing scheduled calls.

Key responsibilities:
* Responding to initial call and conducting scheduled support calls
* Holding non-judgmental, peer-based conversations that support to validate and empower participants
* Supporting participants to develop personalised coping strategies and safety plans
