About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Call Centre Operator - Transport Allocator to join our team, ideally based at Busselton WA (although there may be flexibility for a Bunbury location for the right candidate).
The role will see you overseeing day-to-day service and deliveries across our SW WA network deliveries - which will include liaising with drivers, concrete plants, quarries, your scheduling/allocation teams and customers to ensure customer service requirements are achieved with on time deliveries whilst reacting to jobsite and demand changes.
You will ensure that truck load sizes are maximised to achieve utilisation targets from the most economical concrete plant or quarry and help to drive balance between on time cost effective delivery, proper fleet and plant network utilisation and customer service.
