The Role
Hoskings is fast approaching the busiest and most exciting time of the year. With Christmas around the corner, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Seasonal Casual Retail Assistants to join our team for the festive period.
We are recruiting Christmas Casuals to work in our store at our Hoskings Woodgrove store, from November 2025 until January 2026.
Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
* Confidently promote products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
* Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions.
* Support your Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers protected.
The Individual
We are looking for passionate and motivated team players who ideally have the following attributes:
* Experience within a retail or customer service setting.
* An understanding of or passion for Jewellery.
* A high level of communication skills both written and verbal.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.
* A positive, can-do attitude!
* Must have full availability to work between November 2025- January 2026, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays.
