Highly Innovative positions that will be responsible for developing industry leading digital experiences across all customer touchpoints. You will bring to life the organisations Customer Strategy to create a first class experience for their customers.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited too**:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, both unmet and unarticulated through designing and delivering customer research which is based on human centred design principles
- Analyse quantitative research from a range of sources to uncover insights and opportunities
- Develop fit-for purpose, engaging artefacts including personas, current state journey maps, service blueprints and future state experiences; and use them to facilitate understanding & drive meaningful, measurable change within the business
- Work across all elements of customer experience; better interactions, better journeys & an enhanced lifetime relationship; & across our entire ecosystem of customers including

**You will have**:

- Looking for circa 4-5+ years' experience in Service/CX Design end to end (Open to a previous UX background who is passionate about Service design for 1 role)
- Demonstrate customer centred design that has made impact, transformation and/or innovation experience
- Ability to work in an agile environment/projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- A General passion to make huge customer impact and create amazing first class experiences
