The company is currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Executive to represent the Tasmania market and is offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about cars and driven by results? Do you have a natural talent for building relationships and closing deals? If so, we want you to join our dynamic sales team at PMG, one of the Tasmania's leading automotive dealerships.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Executive to help clients find their perfect ride—whether it’s their first car, a family SUV, or a luxury upgrade.

As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will ensure that set targets are achieved through the selected Dealer zones, by making use of industry knowledge within the Automotive industry.

About the role

As a Vehicle Sales Executive your responsibilities will include:

* Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.

* Reporting to the Sales Manager and being responsible for department growth strategies.

* Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Maintaining a positive and supportive Customer Relationship Management.

* Demonstrating a high level of commitment to achieving sales targets.

* Conducting new and used car sales, with a focus on achieving monthly targets.

* Generating and following up on sales leads and converting leads into sales.

* Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Proven experience in new and used car sales (desired but not essential).

* Strong knowledge of various automotive brands and models.

* Excellent people and communication skills (both verbal and written)

* Self-motivation and drive to achieve strong sales results

* Passion in delivering exceptional customer service

* Generating and following-up sales leads and converting leads to sales

* Creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers

* Delivering exceptional customer service

* A commitment to achieving and exceeding monthly targets

* A customer first approach with high energy

* Valid driver's license (Manual)
