Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Payroll administration and data entry
* Entering timesheets
* End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basis
* Managing employee onboarding and offboarding, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, superannuation, and other related tasks
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Manual project allocation based on timesheet submissions
* Interpreting and applying relevant awards and employment relationships policies (ERPs)
* Managing payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepancies
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years of experience in a payroll admin, assistant, or officer position. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, able to pick up new software, and have a strong work ethic.
