Export Coordinator – FMCG Yeronga Location Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm 5-Month Assignment with Potential Extension $35ph super people2people are currently partnering with a well-established FMCG organisation based in Yeronga to recruit an Export Coordinator for a temporary position within their supportive Customer Service Team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a trusted brand supplying consumer goods across international markets. About the role This 5 month opportunity with scope for extension will see you responsible for managing the end-to-end export process — ensuring smooth order handling, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery across international markets. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional support via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of customer service • Manage a portfolio of export customers, maintaining and strengthening relationships • Coordinate all aspects of the order-to-delivery cycle, including export documentation and customs requirements • Communicate clearly with internal departments to ensure alignment across logistics, supply chain, and sales • Support Account and Customer Service Managers with reporting, insights, and account updates • Proactively manage stock orders and lead times, particularly for made-to-order products • Ensure all documentation for new customers is completed prior to shipment • Resolve pricing, credit, and complaint matters efficiently and professionally • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimise logistics and cost-effectiveness About You: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail • Previous experience with export documentation is highly regarded • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment • Effective time management and organisational skills • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation with a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
