About the Role:
* We are seeking a qualified transport professional to fill a critical position within our operations team.
* This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and collect goods promptly and efficiently, adhering to time frames and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Hold a current HC license (or higher) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Prioritize safety and maintain WHS practices and procedures consistently, recognizing the importance of a safe working environment.
* Comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss, and incident reporting processes, and take proactive steps to minimize risks.
* Ensure loads are restrained safely and straps/chains are used correctly when required, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Maintain vehicles and work areas in a clean and organized condition, promoting a positive working environment and ensuring efficiency.
* Complete pre-start vehicle checks independently, taking pride in personal responsibility and accountability.
About You:
* You must hold a current and valid HC License or higher, reflecting your dedication to excellence and professionalism.
* You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
