Culinary Professional - Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals that meet National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards, managing food budgets and resources effectively, and maintaining a safe and welcoming kitchen environment.
The successful applicant will have experience preparing meals for children with allergies, dietary requirements, and medical conditions, as well as knowledge of long day care nutrition standards and practices. They will also hold relevant certifications such as Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid qualifications.

What You'll Bring
* Experience in meal preparation for children with allergies, dietary requirements, and medical conditions
* Knowledge of long day care nutrition standards and practices
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (HLTFSE001, HLTFSE005, HLTFSE007)
* Current First Aid qualification (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma)
* Current Working with Children Check (employee)
* National Police Check (not less than 6 months old)
* Full working rights in Australia
