Level 3 Mental Health Clinician required for the Continuing Care Team from 28th May – 21st August. As part of this role, you will:
* Act as a clinical resource for nursing, medical and allied health staff in the management of consumers with complex mental health needs, working with other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care within the designated are of practice.
* Provide case management to a designated number of consumers with complex needs, including carer education and consultation and collaboration with GP's, other service providers and significant others in provision of care.
* Undertake the provision of recovery focused specialised mental health assessments and assertive case management, using recognised assessment methods and evidence-based interventions for clients in the community setting.
* Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People card required as well as recent AFP police check
* Mental Health experience is mandatory
* Upto $70 per hour + super – more for ABN
* Option for living away from home tax benefits – more take home pay!
* Travel assistance
* Upto $450 per week allowance – you will need to source your own accommodation
* Monday to Friday – 8.30 to 17.06 with a 1 hour lunch break – 76 hours per fortnight.
