VERVE Fitness is hiring a Lifecycle / CRM Lead to take full ownership of Klaviyo across email and SMS, with one clear mission: grow repeat revenue and customer lifetime value.

You’ll be responsible for building, optimising, and scaling the lifecycle engine that keeps customers coming back. Campaigns, flows, segmentation, testing, deliverability; you own it all.

What You’ll Do
Lifecycle flows : Maintain and optimise core flows. Identify gaps and launch new flows that lift LTV and repeat purchases.
Campaigns : Plan and execute campaigns that drive clicks and conversions, with EDM designs handled by our in-house designer. Manage structured testing across creative, CTAs, offers, and send times.
Segmentation : Lead our shift toward a unified Master List. Activate interest and lifecycle segments to run smarter, more intentional campaigns.
Testing & optimisation : Run a structured A/B program across flows and campaigns, document learnings, and scale winners.
Acquisition : Optimise pop-ups and welcome incentives to grow the list and boost first-purchase conversion.
Deliverability : Own list hygiene and sending practices, monitoring bounce, spam, and unsubscribe rates.
Reporting : Produce concise reports on revenue contribution, engagement, deliverability, and retention KPIs, with actionable recommendations.
B2B comms : Support occasional B2B and gym fit-out communications with correct segmentation and execution.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
2–4 years in CRM, lifecycle, or email/SMS marketing (ideally eCommerce)
Knowledge of deliverability best practices and list management
Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into action
Experience designing and running A/B tests
Excellent written communication skills, adaptable across B2C and B2B
Bonus Points
Experience in fast-growing eCommerce or consumer brands
Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or analytics dashboards
Hands-on work with SMS marketing in Klaviyo

Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Gold Coast HQ in Upper Coomera. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team in a quick-moving, high-performance environment.
