We are currently seeking an experienced
Nurse Unit Manager
for a permanent full-time role based in
Young, NSW
. This position is responsible for the leadership and management of a
26-bed inpatient subacute ward
, specialising in
rehabilitation and palliative care
.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will provide strong clinical, professional and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. The role involves managing staffing, resources and service delivery while supporting continuous improvement and team performance.
The position is offered under the
NSW State Award
, with
76 hours per fortnight plus an ADO
.
Short-term accommodation is available for candidates open to relocating.
Key Requirements
* Relevant nursing qualifications with current registration with the Nurses and Midwives Board of NSW
* Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or management
* Ability to build effective multidisciplinary relationships
* Strong communication, organisational and computer skills
Mandatory Checks
* Current Police Record Check
* Working with Children Check
* Evidence of influenza vaccination and compliance with public health vaccination requirements
